Carborobot Biomass Boilers

Anglia Easy Energy Ltd are pleased to introduce the latest cost effective range of biomass boilers from CARBOROBOT.

The CARBOROBOT models are newer versions of long established automatic coal boilers. The Classic operate mainly with coal. The Bio version can operate with vrtually all biomass fuels and are ideal for farming applications.

These models are characterised by their large container and can be refilled manually or using the optional refilling hoist (sold separately). There is two version of fule container. Top feeding good for feeder system placed over the boiler or when using pathway over the fuel container. Front feeding need for the manual feed or for the screw feeder. The size of this container varies from type to type, accomodating a quantity enough for continuous operation at maximum performance of several days in the case of small boilers (40kW) and of 10-20 hours in the case of large ones.
Fuel is forwarded onto a rotating grate where it is burnt under automatic control. Cinders fall into the ash chamber wich is large enough to accommodate a quantity resulting from the burning of a whole container-load of fuel. Heating water is warmed up by the hot flue gas trough a heat exchanger. The flue gas is forwarded into the chimney by a special fan, so the boiler does not depend on chimney draught. Even after several days of being out of operation, combustion starts up automatically. This means that it is enough to starts up the boiler only once a year. These boilers do not require continuous supervision: they must only be re-filled with fuel and freed from cinders from time to time. Once set, they maintain an excellent combustion level all through the season, so properly set boilers do not smoke at all. The efficiency level of CARBOROBOT boilers is equal to or more than that of oil or gas boilers. These boilers can be controlled by water or room thermostats. They can also be used with the most up-to-date, digital, programmable controls.

CARBOROBOT Classic 30

The CARBOROBOT Classic 30 "Family" is new production. C30 can be perfectly employed for the heating of private homes, blocks of freehold flats, workshops, garden greenhouses, plant-houses, in every place, where a continuous, regulated, automatic heating without control is necessary. CARBOROBOT totally offset oil and gas boilers with similar capacity.


They are produced in two versions:
The Classic 30 (C30) operate with coal default.
The Classic 30 Bio(C30 Bio) can operate with biomass and fuel mixes too over the coal.
The nominal power is 30kW(26.000kcal/h) what measured with average fuel with 15BTU(17MJ/kg,4000kcal/kg). The ideal fuel piece size is 5-25mm. The dust content up to 20% possible. The ash content of different fuels can be up to 30%!!

 

CARBOROBOT Classic 40

The CARBOROBOT Classic 40 has been in production more than 25 year. C40 can be perfectly employed for the heating of private homes, blocks of freehold flats, workshops, garden green houses, plant-houses, in every place, where a continuous, regulated, automatic heating without control is necessary.

They are produced in two version:
The Classic 40 (C40) operate with coal default.
The Classic 40 Bio(C40 Bio) can operate with biomass and fuel mixes too over the coal.
The nominal power is 40kW(35.000kcal/h) what measured with average fuel with 15BTU(17MJ/kg,4000kcal/kg). The ideal fuel piece size is 5-25mm. The dust content up to 20% possible. The ash content of different fuels can be up to 30%!!
For the installation need standard chimney. Sanitary hot water(SHW) also

The installation has to be carried out following the relevant technical and local regulations. In closed heating systems a safety valve 2,5bar is necessary. To use buffer accumulator not necessary.  

 

CARBOROBOT Classic 80

The boilers of CARBOROBOT Classic 80 type can be perfectly employed for the heating of blocks of freehold flats, workshops, garden greenhouses, plant-houses, in every place, where a continuous, regulated, automatic heating without control is necessary. They are produced in two version:


The Classic 80 (C80) operate with coal default.
The Classic 80 Bio(C80 Bio) can operate with biomass and fuel mixes too over the coal.
The nominal power is 80kW(68.000kcal/h) what measured with average fuel with 15BTU(17MJ/kg,4000kcal/kg). The ideal fuel piece size is 5-25mm. The dust content up to 20% possible. The ash content of different fuels can be up to 30%!!

 

 

CARBOROBOT Classic 140

The boilers of CARBOROBOT Classic 140 type can be perfectly employed for the heating of blocks of freehold flats, workshops, garden greenhouses, plant-houses, in every place, where a continuous, regulated, automatic heating without control is necessary.

They are produced in two versions:
The Classic 140 (C140) operate with coal default.
The Classic 140 Bio(C140 Bio) can operate with biomass and fuel mixes too over the coal.
The nominal power is 140kW(120.000kcal/h) what measured with average fuel with 15BTU(17MJ/kg,4000kcal/kg). The ideal fuel piece size is 5-25mm. The dust content up to 20% possible.

The ash content of different fuels can be up to 30%!!

 

 

CARBOROBOT Classic 180

The boilers of CARBOROBOT Classic 180 type can be perfectly employed for the heating of blocks of freehold flats, workshops, garden greenhouses, plant-houses, in every place, where a continuous, regulated, automatic heating without control is necessary.

CARBOROBOT Classic 300 (Bio)

The boilers of CARBOROBOT Classic 300 type can be perfectly employed for the heating of blocks of freehold flats, workshops, garden greenhouses, plant-houses, in every place, where a continuous, regulated, automatic heating without control is necessary.

CARBOROBOT totally replaces oil and gas fired boilers with similar capacity. CARBOROBOT can be operated with a similar capacity as gas and oil heating, far cheaper than those because of the lower price of fuel.

They are produced in two version:
The Classic300 (C300) operate with coal default.
The Classic 300Bio(C300 Bio) can operate with biomass and fuel mixes too over the coal.
The nominal power is 300kW(260.000kcal/h) what measured with average fuel with 15BTU(17MJ/kg,4000kcal/kg).

The ideal fuel piece size is 5-25mm. The dust content up to 20% possible. The ash content of different fuels can be up to 30%!!

 

 

CARBOROBOT Farmer 40 - 60

The boilers of CARBOROBOT Farmer type can be perfectly employed for the heating of family residences, blocks of freehold flats, workshops, garden greenhouses, plant-houses, in every place, where a continuous, regulated, automatic heating without control is necessary.

CARBOROBOT totally replaces oil and gas boilers and can be operated with a similar easiness and capacity as gas and oil heating, far cheaper than those because of the lower price of fuel.

CARBOROBOT totally replaces oil and gas boilers and can be operated with a similar easiness and capacity as gas and oil heating, far cheaper than those because of the lower price of fuel.

CARBOROBOT Steam S40 and S80

CARBOROBOT Steam boiler produce low pressure steam and hot water in one time. If not need steam the boiler can operate in warm water mode.

The steam produced to. 110-120°C
The operating pressure 0.5bar

The fuel range same as the Classic Bio (bio fuels and coal), but wood is not possible.
The boiler have multicyclone filter.
The water supply not in price (water softener)

Az S40 power 40kW in steam mode and 25kW in hot water mode. Max.pressure 0,5bar

Az S80 power 80kW in steam mode and 50kW in hot water mode. Max.pressure 0,5bar
